​New Jersey Junior Thespians mission is to promote, strengthen, and advocate for theatre arts education in New Jersey middle schools. ​We offer a community for middle school theatre educators and student Thespians to learn, share, and celebrate theatre. Every year we host a Junior Thespian Festival for middle school students across the state. There are also leadership roles that students can apply for called Junior Student Thespian Officers (JSTO).
